Recovery Solutions

Professional Recovery Services

When internal collection efforts are no longer effective, ICAG provides structured recovery services designed to assist businesses with eligible outstanding accounts in a professional and commercially focused manner.

Every Account is Different

Some matters involve temporary payment difficulties. Others involve communication breakdowns, disputed accounts, broken payment arrangements, or uncertainty regarding the most appropriate pathway forward.

ICAG works with clients to assess each matter individually and identify practical options based on the available information, documentation, and commercial considerations.

How the Recovery Process Works

1

Referral and Authority

The creditor refers the account and confirms ICAG's authority to act.

2

Documentation Review

ICAG reviews the account information and available supporting documents.

3

Account Assessment

The account is assessed for suitability, dispute status, available information and potential recovery considerations.

4

Customer Contact

ICAG undertakes authorised and appropriate contact regarding the account.

5

Payment Discussions

Where appropriate and authorised, ICAG may request payment or discuss a payment arrangement.

6

Reporting and Recommendations

The creditor receives relevant updates, outcomes and recommendations regarding further recovery or escalation options.

ICAG provides commercial recovery guidance, account assessment, documentation review, cost and risk assessment and escalation recommendations. ICAG does not provide legal advice and does not act as a law firm. Legal services are provided by appropriately qualified independent legal practitioners. Recovery, legal, credit-reporting and enforcement outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Payments and Account Resolution

Payment options and instructions are determined according to the circumstances of each account and the authority provided to ICAG.

If ICAG contacts you regarding an account, only use payment information contained in verified ICAG correspondence or confirmed directly through an authorised ICAG contact channel.

ICAG does not currently accept payments through this website. Do not make a payment using bank details, links or instructions that you cannot independently verify.

Where a payment arrangement, settlement proposal or other account resolution requires creditor approval, ICAG will refer the proposal to the creditor for instructions before confirming the outcome.

Payment arrangements, settlements and other outcomes are not effective until confirmed in writing by ICAG or the creditor, as applicable.
